ABOUT

Aoife Quinn joined Utopus Insights in August 2021 as Vice President of People & Culture, leading the company’s people management function globally. She is responsible for our People Strategy and Operations, core to sourcing and enabling our talent, and accelerating business growth. Quinn’s 25-year career includes leadership positions in People & Culture across technology & engineering, telecommunications and the consumer packaged goods industries.

Prior to joining Utopus Insights, Quinn served as Vice President of Global Talent Partners at Thornton Tomasetti, a scientific and engineering consulting firm in New York City, where she led the Talent Partner function for 50+ offices worldwide. She has deep knowledge and operations experience in human capital strategy, change management, learning and organizational design. She worked for marquis companies in the early part of her career, including Bayer Healthcare, Cadbury Schweppes, and Unilever.

Quinn is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

She is based out of the Valhalla headquarters in New York. In her spare time, Quinn enjoys outdoor activities, travel, and the abundance of arts in New York City.
